Duration and Number of Participants
Depending on the size and the complexity of your problem we conduct Syntegrations accordingly regarding the duration and the number of participants. In most situations a Syntegration is scheduled for 3,5 days, sometimes an additional day is required, sometimes 2 days are enough. The common number of participants is 30 people – the range is from 10 up to 42 participants.
Venue
As venue for the Syntegration we normally choose a conference hotel, which gives a Syntegration the character of a retreat where the participants can fully concentrate on the topics discussed.
Protocol
During the first half day of the Syntegration the participants define in a structured filtering process the agenda for the Syntegration. The participants themselves decide upon the relevant topics in regard to the opening question. The twelve topics defined will then be discussed three times each in interlinked teams. Each participant is team member in tweo groups, critic in to other groups and oberver in foru additional groups. The unique structure of a Syntegration allows for a self-organized flow of knowledge and information in real-time.
Results
At the end of a Syntegration more than 90% of the relevant knowledge of ll participants is being dispersed among the whole group. The participants have tackled the full complexity of the problem discussed and have built a strong and sustainable team for subsequently implementing the results. |
