About us
Team Syntegrity International was jointly founded in 1991 by the British cybernetician Professor Stafford Beer and his partners Joe Truss, Allena Leonard, Alan Pearson and David Beatty. The intention was to develop a process that would ensure that people who progress independently of each other will together form an information network that will operate as quickly and as well as a single, healthy, highly intelligent human brain.

After a gestation that took several years and after a large number of tests and trials, Stafford Beer published his findings in the book "Beyond Dispute: The Invention of Team Syntegrity" (Wiley 1994).

The first Syntegrations were conducted by Stafford Beer himself. He had tremendous success with bringing into being the phenomenon of properly functioning inter-human communication that turns a large group of human beings of different opinions into a large group of highly effective managers oriented to the system.

Today, Syntegrations are conducted by a growing number of licensees in many different countries and in many different languages around the world. So far, more then 180 Syntegrations have been delivered to customers from all types of organizations – and not a single one failed to succeed.
